CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
You can cancel your booking for no charge up to 48 hours before your arrival. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival, you are a no-show or you leave early, 100% of the booking will be charged. For the July-August season and before public holidays, you can cancel your booking for no charge up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, you are a no-show or you leave early, 100% of the booking will be charged.
DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?
We recommend renting a car to be able to travel about freely. The nearest shops are a few kilometres away and a car would be useful to explore the surrounding areas. We can organise a shuttle to and from the railway station or the airport and we can put you in contact with the drivers if you wish. The immediate surrounding area of the Hotel can be explored very well by bicycle or on foot.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
A drop-off area is available a few metres from the hotel; we encourage you to park there temporarily on your arrival. Our valet will come and collect your bags and accompany you directly to reception. For the remainder of your journey, we have a secure car park 400 metres from the hotel. Valet parking is available at the following times: 9am – 12pm and 3pm – 7.30pm. Outside these hours, you will be asked to go to the car park to drop off or pick up your car. Access to the car park is via the gate intercom. Car park charge: €12 per day.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RENT BICYCLES?
Yes, we rent bicycles and we can also rent electric bikes on request.
WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
You can check-in from 4pm. Check-out is at 11am.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE INTERNET ACCESS?
The entire hotel has a free WiFi connection.
WHAT FACILITIES DO THE ROOMS HAVE?
All rooms have air conditioning, free WiFi, TV, safe, telephone, Bose speaker, Nespresso machine, mini bar, dressing gown, hairdryer. Clarins toiletries.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO WAKE ME UP?
Yes, it is. All you need to do is contact reception and tell them what time you would like to be woken up.
DO YOU HAVE DIFFERENT TYPES OF PILLOWS AND OTHER COMFORT ITEMS?
If you need a toiletries kit, blanket, extra or different pillow(s) or any other accommodation service, simply ask our reception team.
DO YOU PROVIDE HYPOALLERGENIC PILLOWS?
Our pillows and duvets are hypoallergenic.
CAN I SMOKE?
It is prohibited to smoke in the rooms and hotel, but you can smoke outside.
HOW OFTEN ARE THE TOWELS AND BEDDING CHANGED?
We change the towels and bedding every 2 days. If you want them to be changed more regularly or you want extra bedding or towels, please let us know.
HOW OFTEN ARE THE ROOMS CLEANED?
Housekeeping is provided every day between 11am and 5pm.
CAN I STAY WITH A PET?
The hotel is happy to accommodate pets. A €15 supplement per pet, per day is required.
ARE THE ROOMS AIR CONDITIONED?
The rooms and common areas are air conditioned.
IS THE SWIMMING POOL HEATED?
The swimming pool is heated from 1 May to 31 October.
IS THE SPA ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT BOOKING?
We recommend booking spa access at the hotel reception.
HOW DO I BOOK A TABLE AT THE RESTAURANT?
We recommend booking your table before your arrival by telephone or email. The reception manages the restaurant bookings. After your arrival, you can also contact the restaurant directly.
CAN DISABLED PEOPLE STAY IN THE HOTEL ?
Our hotel is pleased to welcome any people with disabilities. We propose 1 room especially adapted for people with reduced mobility and wheelchair and our staff is made aware to welcome any people with disabilities.
