Christophe DUCROS was born in Valence, in the Drôme and spent his entire childhood in Sète. His parents introduced him to cookery and he very quickly developed a love for cuisine and for local ingredients. His training included spells in famous restaurants: La Tour Rose in Lyon (1 Michelin star), La Pomme de Pin in Courchevel and most recently L’Oasis in La Napoule (2 Michelin stars).
He sees ‘cuisine as, above all, an opportunity to share, to discover something new and to enjoy’ and Le Vieux Castillon is where he has elected to display his talents from now on. |
