The Restaurant

The design of our restaurant has changed, now it has become lighter and more modern while maintaining the charm of a building of the Renaissance. It is a real invitation to spend time enjoying delicious dishes from our Chef.

Every week our Chef creates new dishes with fresh and seasonal products for his Market Menu. Served only at lunch time. 29€ (Starter, main course and dessert).

The Chef

At only 23 years old Benoît Dahai, was the previous commis de cuisine during 5 years of the double starred chef Remy Giraud of the Domaine des Hauts de Loire and is now chef at Le Vieux Castillon. He suggests a simple and convivial cook which showcases season products. He makes a point of honor to work with local producers in order to sublimate high quality product.
